Pakistan got independence from the British rule in 14th August, 1947. Modern day Pakistan consists of four major parts called provinces Punjab, Sind, Balochistan and North-West Frontier Province. It also governs part of Kashmir, which splits Pakistan and India.
Pakistan is located at the gateway of Asia and holds the distinction of a nuclear state of the world. The Indus region was the site of several ancient cultures including Mehrgarh, one of the world's earliest known towns, and the Indus Valley Civilization (2500 BCE - 1500 BCE) at Harappa and Mohenjo-Daro.
Pakistan in the modern time is a one of the fast growing economy in the Asia. It is prospering in the all fields of its economy like, agriculture, textile, manufacturing of different goods, and import of software.
